2. Services Offered

SBA Interactive provides web development, design, and digital consulting services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, designs, and content developed for a client will become the property of the client upon final payment. SBA Interactive retains the right to use non-confidential portions of the work in our portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion or as scheduled in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold delivery until payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

SBA Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
